TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1. The Raffle
The Draw is entitled “The SUBWAY® Restaurants’ “SUBWAY® Hello, Hong Kong Promo” (the “Raffle”). Delivery purchases of SUBWAY® products along with a minimum of four (4) Coca-Cola products excluding bottled water, from any of the participating SUBWAY® stores in Metro Manila, with a minimum single receipt of One Thousand Pesos (Php 1,000.00) and above may be entered and included in the draw (“Entry”)for a chance to win a travel package for two (2) people to Hong Kong. The travel package shall include: (1) economy class round trip airfare, (2) airport transfers to and from the hotel; and (3) 3 star hotel accommodations for 3 days/2 nights.
2. Raffle Period
The SUBWAY® Restaurants’ “SUBWAY® Hello, Hong Kong Promo” commences on May 12, 2017 at 12:00 AM and ends on August 4, 2017 at 11:59 PM (the “Promo Period”). No Entries may be received before or after the Promo Period.
3. Participating Branches
Delivery purchases from all SUBWAY® branches in Metro Manila (“participating branches).
4.1. To enter and be eligible to win the Prize(s) (as defined below), the person with an entry must be a resident of Philippines and at least 18 years of age at the end of the Draw Period (“Participants”). Participants below eighteen (18) years of age may still be eligible to join the Draw as long as he/she submits a written consent from a parent or legal guardian to participate in the Draw when he/she claims the prize in the event he/she be chosen as the winner.
4.2. To qualify for a chance to win, Participants need to make a delivery purchase of any SUBWAY® products along with a minimum of four (4) Coca-Cola products excluding bottled water, from any of the participating SUBWAY® stores in Metro Manila, with a minimum single receipt of One Thousand Pesos (Php 1,000.00) and above. This qualified purchase with be considered the entry of the Participant, and will automatically be entered into the for a chance to win SUBWAY® Hello, HongKong Promo.
4.3. Persons in any of the following categories are NOT eligible to enter or win prizes:
- Employees of Draw Sponsor, Subway Franchising Advertising Fund BV., and its parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries or agencies, including but not limited to SUBWAY® restaurants, Doctor’s Associates Inc., Franchise World Headquarters, LLC, and Subway IP Inc.
- Employees of the Delivery Partner, QuickDelivery/Zomato and their parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries or agencies;
- Employees of the Draw Administrator, OnMedia Creative Solutions, Inc. and their parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries or agencies;
- Individuals engaged in the development, production or distribution of materials for the Draw or engaged in the administration or execution of this Draw (collectively the “Raffle Entities”); and
- Relatives of (a) to (d) above up to the second (2nd) degree of consanguinity or affinity.
Deadline for earning of entries is on August 4, 2017 at 11:59PM.
There will be a total of three (3) winners for this Raffle. Each Participant can win only once.
7.1 All other costs, taxes, travel documents, and expenses associated with the prize and the use of such, and not specified herein, shall be shouldered solely by the winners.
7.2 Prizes are not convertible but transferable at the option of the winning Participant.
7.3 The twenty percent (20%) tax for the prizes exceeding Php 10,000.00 shall be for the account of OnMedia Creative Solutions.
7.4 All winners must comply with all terms and conditions set forth herein and by the Draw Sponsor, which shall include, but is not be limited to, the signing of the relevant acknowledgement documents by the winners before any prize may be claimed. Failure to comply with the said terms and conditions entitles the Draw Sponsor, at its absolute discretion, to forfeit the prize from a winner with prior DTI approval.
8. Selection Procedure
8.1 Determination of winners will be on August 9, 2017 at 4pm via electronic draw. The Raffle Administrator will be held at the Raffle Administrator’s office at OnMedia Creative Solutions, Inc., Unit 1503, Robinsons Equitable Tower, ADB Avenue cor. Poveda Road, Ortigas Center, Pasig City.
8.2 A DTI representative shall be invited and notified to witness the entire selection procedure and determination of Winners; and to inspect and verify the program used in determining or selecting the Winners/Winning entries.
9. Announcement of Draw winners
9.1 Winners will be announced on August 10, 2017 at 12:00 NN via SUBWAY®’s Facebook page. If permitted, Winners will be tagged on the Winners announcement post on SUBWAY®’s Facebook page. If permitted, Winners will be tagged on the Winners announcement post on SUBWAY®’s Facebook page.
- Winners will be notified via registered email.
10. Redemption Period
10.1 Redemption period shall be within sixty (60) days from receipt of the registered mail. Prizes not claimed after sixty (60) days will be forfeited with prior DTI approval.
10.2 Winners shall collect their prizes in person at the Raffle Administrator’s office at OnMedia Creative Solutions, Inc., Unit 1503, Robinsons Equitable Tower, ADB Avenue cor. Poveda Road, Ortigas Center, Pasig City.
10.3 Winners must present: (1) any two (2) valid IDs with picture (i.e. driver’s license, passport, school ID, company ID or any government ID), and (2) the official receipt that corresponds to the winning purchase at the Raffle Administrator’s Office.
10.4 One (1) year upon claiming except for peak seasons and holidays.
10.5 Winners must book their preferred date at least 30 days prior to date. Should first choice of date be unavailable, alternative dates will be offered.
10.6 Prizes can be transferred in the event that the original Winner is unable to avail of flights and any other forms of transportation. The original Winner must send a scanned copy of a signed letter stating that he/she is transferring his/her right to the prizes to the replacing Winner, along with the following replacing Winner’s details (Full Name, Contact Number/s, Email Address, Current Address, Relation to Original Winner) to the email address firstname.lastname@example.org. Replacing Winner must also submit an electronic/scanned copy of any valid government issued ID (SSS, GSIS, Driver’s License, PRC, passport, etc.) with specimen signature to the aforementioned email address.
